About me
I’m Kate White, the trainer behind Storm Personal Training. I am a gym instructor, personal trainer and run leader with a passion for making training fun, enjoyable, imaginative, and accessible for all. I am a keen runner, cyclist and netball player, living in Faringdon with my husband, seven-year-old son and miniature labradoodle. I am also living proof that it’s never too late to get active after taking up sport in my late thirties and finding my new passion in life.
Personal training in the great outdoors
There is nothing I like more than getting out in the beautiful surroundings of Oxfordshire to train. I can provide personal training outdoors in various locations in our beautiful countryside. And as a UK Athletics qualified run leader, I can take you on beautiful guided runs, hikes or a combination of the two on our amazing local trails. Whether you’re just looking to build a bit of confidence running off road, or there’s a group of you who want to get out for an adventure without having to worry about the logistics, let me do the planning so you can just enjoy the ride.
